The R.A. Long Lumberjacks basketball team scored 98 points and held the host Washougal Panthers to 50 in the Lumberjacks league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lumberjacks now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hudson's Bay for a 2A Greater St. Helens contest on Monday, January 23. R.A. Long will battle a Eagles team coming off a 82-64 league loss to Washougal (Washougal, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-12.
The Panthers (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Hudson's Bay (Vancouver, WA). The Eagles enter the 2A Greater St. Helens contest with a 3-11 record. In their last contest, Hudson's Bay triumphed over Hockinson (Brush Prairie, WA), 68-61, in a league contest.
