In Tuesday's league match, the host Klondike Cougars basketball team scored a decisive 86-6 triumph over the Dawson Dragons.
In their next game, the Cougars meet the Loop Longhorns (Loop, TX) in a 1A Region I District 8 match, on Friday, January 20. Klondike will attempt to move on its 14-3 season record. The Longhorns enter the match with a 5-13 record after their 58-24 league loss to Wellman-Union (Wellman, TX).
