The Hale County Wildcats (Moundville, AL) basketball smashed the host Sipsey Valley Bears (Buhl, AL), 55-27 in Tuesday's league contest.

The Wildcats now sport a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Demopolis for a non-league contest on Friday, January 20. Hale County will battle a Tigers team coming off a 64-46 non-league loss to Paul W. Bryant (Cottondale, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 5-17.
