The King's Academy Knights basketball team (Sunnyvale, CA), was nudged 42-36 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Notre Dame Regents (San Jose, CA)

The Regents now possess a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Castilleja for a West Bay - Skyline battle on Thursday, January 19. Notre Dame will confront a Gators team coming off a 50-35 league loss to Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA). The Gators record now stands at 8-4.

The Knights (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against Eastside College Prep (East Palo Alto, CA). The Panthers come into the West Bay - Skyline battle with a 6-8 record. In their last battle, Eastside College Prep was nudged by Mercy (Burlingame, CA), 52-23, in a league battle.
