In Friday's league outing, the Notre Dame Regents (San Jose, CA) basketball squad beat the visiting King's Academy Knights (Sunnyvale, CA), by a count of 50-34.

The Regents (11-8) will now prepare for their outing against Castilleja (Palo Alto, CA). The Gators go into the West Bay - Skyline outing with a 9-8 record. In their last outing, Castilleja was topped by Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA), 40-29, in a league outing.

The Knights now hold a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lynbrook for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 4. King's Academy will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 45-18 league loss to Los Gatos (Los Gatos, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 9-11.
