    The McKinney Lions basketball team (McKinney, TX), was nudged 49-45 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Little Elm Lobos (Little Elm, TX)

    The Lobos now possess a 21-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Guyer for a 6A Region I District 5 battle on Friday, January 20. Little Elm will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 37-26 league loss to Prosper (Prosper, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-10.

    The Lions (16-8) will now prepare for their battle against Braswell (Little Elm, TX). The Bengals come into the 6A Region I District 5 battle with a 22-4 record.
