Victory Christian Eagles (Elizabeth City, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Suffolk Christian Academy Knights (Suffolk, VA), 54-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Victory Christian upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Eagles host Trinity Christian (Greenville, NC) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 20. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 13-4. Trinity Christian won 56-4 in their recent non-league bout against Liberty Christian (Durham, NC)

Next up, the Knights clash with the Bethel Assembly Christian Academy Eagles (Windsor, NC) in a North Carolina Christian - North bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Suffolk Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 65-28 non-league loss to Trinity Christian (Greenville, NC).
