Clifton Mustangs (Clifton, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Passaic County Tech Bulldogs (Wayne, NJ), 65-58 in a league bout.

With the win, Clifton upgrades its record to 5-8 on the season. The Mustangs host Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NJ) to clash with the Bengals in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Bengals go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Bloomfield lost 48-46 in their recent league bout against North Star Academy (Newark, NJ)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the West Milford Highlanders (West Milford, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 18. Passaic County Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record.
