Clifton Mustangs (Clifton, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Passaic County Tech Bulldogs (Wayne, NJ), 45-36 in a league bout.

With the victory, Clifton upgrades its record to 11-12 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Eastside (Paterson, NJ) to play the Ghosts in a Big North - Liberty bout on Saturday, February 10. The Ghosts come into the bout with a record of 16-6. Eastside won 53-26 in their recent league bout against Kennedy (Paterson, NJ)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions (Paterson, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 10. Passaic County Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 6-15 season record. The Lions come into the bout with a 19-13 record after their 59-39 non-league win over Glen Rock (Glen Rock, NJ).
