Texas High School Basketball - Grand Saline knocked off by Lone Oak

The Lone Oak Buffaloes basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Grand Saline Indians to 43 in the Buffaloes league triumph on Wednesday.
The Buffaloes now sport a 16-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rains for a 3A Region II District 12 contest on Friday, January 19. Lone Oak will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 46-27 league win over Prairiland (Pattonville, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 16-9.
The Indians (10-16) will now prepare for their contest against Chisum (Paris, TX). The Mustangs enter the 3A Region II District 12 contest with a 20-8 record. In their last contest, Chisum was defeated by Lone Oak (Lone Oak, TX), 53-44, in a league contest.
