With the win, Hanna upgrades its record to 19-10 on the season. The Golden Eagles host Rivera (Brownsville, TX) to clash with the Raiders in a 6A Region IV District 32 bout on Friday, January 19. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 16-8. Rivera lost 77-43 in their recent league bout against Harlingen (Harlingen, TX)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the San Benito Greyhounds (San Benito, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 32 bout, on Friday, January 19. Weslaco will attempt to upgrade on its 9-16 season record. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a 5-11 record after their 74-63 league loss to Los Fresnos (Los Fresnos, TX).
