The Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL) basketball knocked off the visiting Mundelein Mustangs (Mundelein, IL), 61-50 in Wednesday's league test.

The Scouts (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Waukegan (Waukegan, IL). The Bulldogs go into the North Suburban test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Waukegan went down by Fremd (Palatine, IL), 80-66, in a non-league test.

The Mustangs now own a 6-13 record. They play next when they travel to Zion-Benton for a North Suburban test on Friday, January 19. Mundelein will encounter a Zee-Bees squad coming off a 86-47 league loss to Warren Township (Gurnee, IL). The Zee-Bees record now stands at 2-13.
