California High School Basketball - Birmingham routs Taft

January 17, 2024: Woodland Hills, CA 91364

In Wednesday's league outing, the Birmingham Patriots (Lake Balboa, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Taft Toreadors (Woodland Hills, CA), by a count of 52-8.

The Patriots (13-6) will now prepare for their outing against Cleveland (Reseda, CA). The Cavaliers go into the West Valley outing with a 10-9 record. In their last outing, Cleveland was crushed by Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA), 52-41, in a league outing.

The Toreadors now hold a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to Chatsworth for a West Valley outing on Friday, January 19. Taft will clash with a Chancellors squad coming off a 60-33 league loss to El Camino Real (Woodland Hills, CA). The Chancellors record now stands at 13-8.
