In Wednesday's league outing, the Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL), by a margin of 56-29.

The Patriots (19-3) will now prepare for their outing against Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL). The Bears go into the North Suburban outing with a 12-11 record. In their last outing, Lake Zurich was trounced by Libertyville (Libertyville, IL), 59-39, in a league outing.

The Scouts now own a 10-12 record. They play next when they travel to Waukegan for a North Suburban outing on Friday, January 19. Lake Forest will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 51-16 league loss to Lake Zurich (Lake Zurich, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-13.
