Utah High School Basketball - Alta falls to Olympus

The Alta Hawks basketball squad (Sandy, UT), was outscored 61-53 in Friday's league battle with the host Olympus Titans (Salt Lake City, UT)

With the victory, Olympus advances its record to 14-1 on the year. The Titans host East (Salt Lake City, UT) to meet the Leopards in a 5A Region 6 battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Leopards enter the battle with a record of 7-8. East lost 61-44 in their recent league battle against Highland (Salt Lake City, UT)

The Hawks now own a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brighton for a 5A Region 6 battle on Tuesday, January 21. Alta will meet a Bengals squad coming off a 68-54 league loss to Olympus (Salt Lake City, UT). The Bengals record now stands at 8-7.
