Georgia High School Basketball - Central fells Mundy's Mill

January 17, 2025: Jonesboro, GA 30238

The Central Lions basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Mundy's Mill Tigers to 43 in the Lions league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now have a 15-3 record. They play next when they host Griffin for a AAAA Region 3 game on Wednesday, January 22.

With the loss, Mundy's Mill falls to 11-8 on the campaign. The Tigers host Drew (Riverdale, GA) to confront the in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18. The go into the game with a record of 6-10. Drew lost 50-49 in their recent non-league game against North Clayton (College Park, GA)
