California High School Basketball - Prospect holds off Leland

The Prospect Panthers basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host Leland Chargers to 36 in the Panthers league triumph on Friday.
The Panthers now possess a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Piedmont Hills for a Blossom Valley - Santa Teresa West game on Wednesday, January 22. Prospect will confront a Pirates team coming off a 79-72 league win over Silver Creek (San Jose, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 8-6.
With the loss, Leland falls to 10-6 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Leigh (San Jose, CA) to confront the Longhorns in a non-league game on Saturday, January 18.
