Madera Coyotes (Madera, CA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the visiting Madera South Stallions (Madera, CA), 54-48 in a league match.
With the victory, Madera upgrades its record to 10-10 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Coalinga (Coalinga, CA) to face the Horned Toads in a non-league match on Saturday, January 18. The Horned Toads enter the match with a record of 10-6. Coalinga won 60-24 in their recent league match against Avenal (Avenal, CA)
The Stallions now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Torres for a North Yosemite match on Wednesday, January 22. Madera South will face a Toros squad coming off a 57-42 league win over Sanger West (Fresno, CA). The Toros record now stands at 9-10.
