In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Madera Coyotes basketball team scored a close 62-60 triumph over the Madera South Stallions.
The Coyotes (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Atascadero (Atascadero, CA). The Greyhounds go into the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Atascadero was tipped by Independence (Bakersfield, CA), 48-43, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Stallions battle the East Bakersfield Blades (Bakersfield, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 26. Madera South will attempt to better on its 10-3 season record. The Blades go into the contest with a 5-3 record after their 45-39 non-league win over Delano (Delano, CA).
