Nebraska High School Basketball - Pierce tipped by Cedar Catholic

In Friday's non-league test, the Cedar Catholic Trojans (Hartington, NE) basketball squad got by the visiting Pierce Bluejays (Pierce, NE), by a score of 49-48.

Next, the Trojans clash with the St. Mary's Cardinals (O'Neill, NE) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 21. Cedar Catholic will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Cardinals come into the test with a 12-1 record after their 45-30 league win over Chambers/Wheeler Central (Chambers, NE).

The Bluejays (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Norfolk Catholic (Norfolk, NE). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Norfolk Catholic held off Wayne (Wayne, NE), 43-33, in a non-league test.
