The Western Christian Pioneers bounced the host Santiam Wolverines basketball squad by a final score of 46-17 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Pioneers clash with the Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR) in a 2A Tri-River outing, on Monday, January 20. Western Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record. The Crusaders come into the outing with a 13-2 record after their 71-23 league win over Chemawa Indian (Salem, OR).
The Wolverines (8-7) will now prepare for their outing against Gervais (Gervais, OR). The Cougars come into the 2A Tri-River outing with a 1-11 record.
