Michigan High School Basketball - Utica Ford topped by Cousino

The Cousino Patriots basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the visiting Utica Ford Falcons to 41 in the Patriots league victory on Wednesday.

The Patriots now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Shore for a Macomb Area - Blue contest on Friday, January 20. Cousino will battle a Shorians team coming off a 67-41 league loss to Utica (Utica, MI). The Shorians record now stands at 1-11.

The Falcons (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Fraser (Fraser, MI). The Ramblers come into the non-league contest with a 3-7 record. In their last contest, Fraser was defeated by Anchor Bay (Fair Haven, MI), 56-42, in a league contest.
