The Johnsburg Skyhawks basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the visiting Woodstock North Thunder to 50 in the Skyhawks league victory on Wednesday.

The Skyhawks now sport a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Richmond-Burton for a Kishwaukee River contest on Friday, January 20. Johnsburg will battle a Rockets team coming off a 46-42 league win over Harvard (Harvard, IL). The Rockets record now stands at 5-14.

The Thunder (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Woodstock (Woodstock, IL). The Blue Streaks come into the Kishwaukee River contest with a 9-10 record. In their last contest, Woodstock prevailed over Marengo (Marengo, IL), 69-26, in a league contest.
