The Machias Bulldogs basketball team (Machias, ME), was toppled 65-52 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Woodland Dragons (Baileyville, ME)
The Dragons now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Schenck for a non-league battle on Friday, January 20. Woodland will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 48-45 non-league win over Lee Academy (Lee, ME). The Wolverines record now stands at 9-3.
The Bulldogs (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lee Academy (Lee, ME). The Pandas come into the non-league battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Lee Academy was toppled by Schenck (East Millinocket, ME), 48-45, in a non-league battle.
