In Wednesday's league match, the host Putnam Vo-Tech Beavers basketball team scored a tight 51-48 triumph over the Sci-Tech CyberCats.
In their next game, the Beavers face the Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes (Amherst, MA) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 20. Putnam Vo-Tech will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Hurricanes enter the match with a 4-5 record after their 64-56 non-league loss to Holyoke (Holyoke, MA).
