Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Apollo Ridge trounces Springdale

The Apollo Ridge Vikings (Spring Church, PA) basketball crushed the host Springdale Dynamos (Springdale, PA), 48-15 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Vikings (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Jeannette (Jeannette, PA). The Jayhawks go into the non-league test with a 1-13 record. In their last test, Jeannette was trounced by Leechburg (Leechburg, PA), 45-38, in a league test.
The Dynamos now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Riverview for a non-league test on Thursday, January 19. Springdale will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 52-16 league loss to St. Joseph (Natrona Heights, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 7-7.
