The Jackson Polar Bears tipped the host Hoover Vikings basketball team by a final score of 42-39 in Wednesday's league game.
In their next game, the Polar Bears face the St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish (Akron, OH) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, January 25. Jackson will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Fighting Irish enter the game with a 11-4 record after their 61-27 non-league win over Ursuline (Youngstown, OH).
