North Carolina High School Basketball - East Duplin edges South Lenoir

The East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC) basketball nipped the visiting South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC), 46-40 in Wednesday's league test.
The Panthers (5-5) will now prepare for their test against James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Tigers go into the test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, James Kenan got by Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC), 38-31, in a non-league test.
The Blue Devils now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they host Kinston for a non-league test on Friday, January 20.
