In Thursday's league outing, the South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC), by a margin of 51-47.
The Blue Devils (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC). The Hawks go into the non-league outing with a 10-8 record.
The Panthers now own a 7-8 record. They play next when they host Wallace-Rose Hill for a outing on Tuesday, February 7.
