The Douglas Tigers (Douglas, MA) basketball knocked off the host Nipmuc Regional Warriors (Upton, MA), 62-51 in Thursday's league test.
The Tigers (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Whitinsville Christian (Whitinsville, MA). The Crusaders go into the Dual Valley test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Whitinsville Christian went down by Blackstone-Millville (Blackstone, MA), 50-34, in a league test.
The Warriors now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hopedale for a Dual Valley test on Tuesday, January 23. Nipmuc Regional will encounter a Blue Raiders squad coming off a 36-28 league win over Sutton (Sutton, MA). The Blue Raiders record now stands at 7-5.
