The Lee Academy Pandas basketball team (Lee, ME), was routed 69-46 in Thursday's league battle with the host Katahdin Cougars (Sherman Station, ME)
The Cougars now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fort Kent for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 20. Katahdin will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 64-35 non-league win over Wisdom (St. Agatha, ME). The Warriors record now stands at 8-4.
Next up, the Pandas clash with the Central Aroostook Panthers (Mars Hill, ME) in a D North bout, on Saturday, January 20. Lee Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 1-11 record after their 57-28 non-league loss to Fort Fairfield (Fort Fairfield, ME).
