With the victory, Phoenix Christian upgrades its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Highland Prep (Surprise, AZ) to play the Honey Badgers in a 2A Central challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Honey Badgers come into the challenge with a record of 11-8. Highland Prep won 74-52 in their recent league challenge against Northland Prep Academy (Flagstaff, AZ)

Next up, the Wolves play the BASIS Phoenix Firebirds (Phoenix, AZ) in a 2A Central test, on Friday, January 19. Mountainside will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record.
