The East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY) basketball crushed the visiting South Bison (Cheyenne, WY), 60-20 in Thursday's league test.
The Thunderbirds (13-2) will now prepare for their test against Rock River (Rock River, WY). The Longhorns go into the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Rock River walloped Saratoga (Saratoga, WY), 48-31, in a non-league test.
The Bison now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Laramie for a 4A Southeast test on Thursday, January 25. South will encounter a Plainsmen squad coming off a 53-47 league win over Central (Cheyenne, WY). The Plainsmen record now stands at 8-4.
