In Friday's league outing, the East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY) basketball squad overwhelmed the host South Bison (Cheyenne, WY), by a count of 59-22.
The Thunderbirds (20-2) will now prepare for their outing against Central (Cheyenne, WY). The Indians go into the 4A Southeast outing with a 14-6 record. In their last outing, Central smashed Laramie (Laramie, WY), 43-34, in a league outing.
The Bison now hold a 4-15 record. They play next when they host Laramie for a 4A Southeast outing on Friday, February 23. South will clash with a Plainsmen squad coming off a 43-34 league loss to Central (Cheyenne, WY). The Plainsmen record now stands at 11-8.
