The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 3-11. Franklin Regional lost 57-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Penn-Trafford (Harrison City, PA)

Next up, the Gators play the Penn Hills Indians (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 5A 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Gateway will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 44-34 non-league win over Moon Area (Moon Township, PA).
