With the victory, Deer Creek-Mackinaw advances its record to 7-12 on the year. The Chiefs travel to El Paso-Gridley (El Paso, IL) to face the Titans in a Heart of Illinois match on Tuesday, January 21. The Titans enter the match with a record of 12-5. Flanagan-Cornell will face a Hornets squad coming off a 58-49 non-league loss to Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley (Gibson City, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 8-11.
