The Eureka Hornets basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host LeRoy Panthers to 18 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hornets now have a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Tri-Valley for a non-league game on Monday, January 20. Eureka will confront a Vikings team coming off a 58-35 league win over Ridgeview (Colfax, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 13-4.

With the loss, LeRoy falls to 12-6 on the campaign. The Panthers host Fisher (Fisher, IL) to confront the Bunnies in a non-league game on Thursday, January 23. The Bunnies go into the game with a record of 11-9. Fisher won 42-39 in their recent non-league game against Ridgeview (Colfax, IL)
