Next, the Panthers clash with the Jemez Valley Warrior (Jemez Pueblo, NM) in a 2A District 2 test, on Monday, January 20. Menaul will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Warrior come into the test with a 11-4 record after their 55-54 non-league win over Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM).

The Dragons (2-11) will now prepare for their test against Native American Community Academy/Evangel Christian Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Eagles come into the 2A District 2 test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Native American Community Academy/Evangel Christian Academy held off Tse' Yi' Gai (Cuba, NM), 49-41, in a non-league test.
