Nevada High School Basketball - Mineral County overwhelmed by Sage Ridge

January 18, 2025: Hawthorne, NV 89415

In Saturday's league test, the Sage Ridge Scorpions (Reno, NV) basketball squad trounced the host Mineral County Serpents (Hawthorne, NV), by a score of 55-17.

Next, the Scorpions clash with the Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 21. Sage Ridge will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record. The Greenwave come into the test with a 14-6 record after their 53-8 league win over Dayton (Dayton, NV).

The Serpents (3-12) will now prepare for their test against Coleville (Coleville, CA). The Wolves come into the 1A West test with a 7-9 record.
