The Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) basketball crushed the host Trion Bulldogs (Trion, GA), 71-15 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Blue Devils now possess a 15-3 record. They play next when they travel to Bremen for a A D1 Region 6 bout on Tuesday, January 21. Model will play a Blue Devils team coming off a 56-11 league win over Pepperell (Lindale, GA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 12-5.
With the loss, Trion falls to 5-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Atlanta Classical Academy (Atlanta, GA) to play the Cavaliers in a A D2 Region 7 bout on Wednesday, January 22. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 7-7.
