The Fairfield Falcons basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Armijo Royals to 57 in the Falcons league victory on Thursday.

The Falcons now sport a 4-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wood for a Monticello Empire League contest on Tuesday, January 24. Fairfield will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 47-35 league loss to Vacaville (Vacaville, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-10.

The Royals (2-13) will now prepare for their contest against Vallejo (Vallejo, CA). The Red Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Vallejo was nudged by St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA), 56-39, in a league contest.
