The Macon-East Montgomery Academy Knights basketball team (Cecil, AL), dropped 52-34 in Thursday's league battle with the host Glenwood Gators (Phenix City, AL)
The Gators now sport a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Autauga Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, January 20. Glenwood will battle a Generals team coming off a 45-44 league loss to Hooper Academy (Hope Hull, AL). The Generals record now stands at 6-8.
The Knights (16-5) will now prepare for their battle against Valiant Cross Academy (Montgomery, AL). The Warriors come into the AISA AAA Region 1 battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Valiant Cross Academy dropped by Evangel Christian Academy (Montgomery, AL), 55-46, in a non-league battle.
