The Livingston Lancers basketball team scored 31 points and held the visiting Science Park Chargers to 30 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lancers now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Barringer for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Livingston will meet a Blue Bears team coming off a 50-47 non-league win over Nutley (Nutley, NJ). The Blue Bears record now stands at 5-9.
The Chargers (9-5) will now prepare for their contest against Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ). The Minutemen enter the non-league contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Newark Academy was nudged by Newark Collegiate Academy (Newark, NJ), 57-38, in a non-league contest.
