In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Science Park Chargers (Newark, NJ) basketball squad edged the visiting Livingston Lancers (Livingston, NJ), by a margin of 47-44.
The Chargers (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Newark Academy (Livingston, NJ). The Minutemen go into the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Newark Academy was tipped by West Orange (West Orange, NJ), 62-37, in a non-league outing.
The Lancers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Barringer for a non-league outing on Thursday, December 22. Livingston will clash with a Blue Bears squad coming off a 49-38 non-league win over Nutley (Nutley, NJ). The Blue Bears record now stands at 1-2.
