In Thursday's league outing, the West Morris Mendham Minutemen (Mendham, NJ) basketball squad beat the visiting Roxbury Gaels (Succasunna, NJ), by a margin of 41-22.

The Minutemen (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Mount Olive (Flanders, NJ). The Marauders go into the Northwest Jersey - National outing with a 4-7 record. In their last outing, Mount Olive was beaten by West Morris Central (Chester, NJ), 37-27, in a non-league outing.

The Gaels now own a 0-8 record. They play next when they host Governor Livingston for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 21. Roxbury will clash with a Highlanders squad coming off a 45-41 non-league win over Oak Knoll (Summit, NJ). The Highlanders record now stands at 7-5.
