With the win, Matthews Christian Academy upgrades its record to 3-7 on the season. The Colts host Abundant Life Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC) to play the KNIGHTS in a bout on Friday, January 20. The KNIGHTS go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Abundant Life Christian Academy won 41-37 in their recent non-league bout against Southview Christian (Statesville, NC)

Next up, the Ram play the Shining Light Baptist Academy Sharks (Monroe, NC) in a game, on Friday, January 20. Tabernacle Christian will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Sharks enter the game with a 4-5 record after their 30-27 league loss to Abundant Life Christian Academy (Indian Trail, NC).
