North Carolina High School Basketball - Tabernacle Christian can't hold off Matthews Christian Academy

The Matthews Christian Academy Colts basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Tabernacle Christian Ram to 38 in the Colts league triumph on Tuesday.
The Colts now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Abundant Life Christian Academy for a contest on Friday, February 3. Matthews Christian Academy will battle a KNIGHTS team coming off a 54-20 league loss to Rockwell Christian School (Rockwell, NC). The KNIGHTS record now stands at 4-10.
The Ram (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Fayetteville Street Christian (Asheboro, NC). The Patriots enter the contest with a 4-8 record. In their last contest, Fayetteville Street Christian nudged Oak Level Baptist Academy (Stokesdale, NC), 24-13, in a league contest.
