The Pope Greyhounds routed the visiting Alpharetta Raiders basketball team by a final score of 58-35 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Greyhounds face the Johns Creek Gladiators (Johns Creek, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 7 game, on Tuesday, January 23. Pope will attempt to move on its 17-4 season record. The Gladiators enter the game with a 9-11 record after their 53-43 non-league loss to Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA).
