    The Llano Yellowjackets tipped the visiting Blanco Panthers basketball team by a final score of 49-45 in Friday's league game.

    In their next game, the Yellowjackets face the Florence Buffaloes (Florence, TX) in a 3A Region I District 5 game, on Tuesday, January 23. Llano will attempt to move on its 19-6 season record. The Buffaloes enter the game with a 1-15 record after their 59-40 league loss to Brady (Brady, TX).

    With the defeat, Blanco moves to 11-9 on the year. The Panthers travel to Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX) to face the Warriors in a 3A Region I District 5 game on Tuesday, January 23. The Warriors enter the game with a record of 14-11. Ingram Moore lost 63-41 in their recent league game against Comfort (Comfort, TX)
