The South Side Hornet basketball team (Bee Branch, AR), was overwhelmed 87-55 in Friday's league battle with the host Cedar Ridge Timberwolves (Newark, AR)
The Timberwolves now possess a 19-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mt. Vernon-Enola for a 2A Region 2 battle on Tuesday, January 23.
The Hornet (10-17) will now prepare for their battle against Sacred Heart (Morrilton, AR). The Rebels come into the non-league battle with a 5-16 record.
